Based in New York City and Chicago, Zoë is a recent graduate from Parsons School of Design with a major in Communication Design, and a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship. Where she graduated with departmental honors and honors. She is a multidisciplinary designer who enjoys editorial design, motion graphics, and branding. She is passionate about social causes and implementing them into her practices.

Decay is seen within the world, everything from the moment it is created is in the process of decay. It can be accelerated or decelerated by external factors. Many fear their own decay, others find peace within it. Through the form and the content this editorial will relay different forms of decay. The content pertains to the abstract and literal forms of decay, both in the factors that accelerate and the process of. The form takes on the literal decay, where over time this editorial is built to decay, having the binding a material that eventually fall apart. The pages within have a gradual decay within the content, with the hierarchy breaking that and having their own, rapid decay. The paper, newsprint, shows the fragility of the world around us. All these characteristics hold true to my object of choice, a cigarette, which accelerates the decay of both the human body and through usage decays itself.
